BRASS
Named one of fall's most anticipated openings by New York Magazine, BRASS is an ambitious new restaurant with a Michelin starred chef duo, Jeremiah Stone and Fabian von Hauske Valtierra. This high design, non-traditional brasserie pays homage to the grand dining rooms of Jazz Era New York City. Expect a fresh take on a French-leaning menu, carefully made classic cocktails with creative flourishes and an extensive wine list packed with gems.
Reservations accepted via Resy, with walk-ins also welcome.

The Tusk Bar
A glamorous cocktail and seafood bar off the hotel lobby, sharing the timelessness of a warm welcome, a well-made drink, a freshly shucked oyster and a good time.With updated takes on classic drinks and a martini focus, The Tusk Bar also features a raw bar and snacks influenced by France, Spain, and Portugal (think Gildas, Chickpea Panisse and a killer Steak Sandwich). Join us with a reservation or just walk-in (space permitting) for a pre or post dinner drink, snack, dessert or meal at the bar or at one of our intimate cocktail tables.

Ninepin Café
An all day cafe and bakery located in our lobby, serving beverages, fresh pastries, and creative sandwiches (until sold out!). The sunny NoMad cafe's menu is from co-chefs Jeremiah Stone and Fabian von Hauske Valtierra, the duo behind Lower East Side favorites Wildair, Bar Contra and our very own, The Tusk Bar, who have been named "Best New Chefs" by Food & Wine and "Chefs of the Year" by GQ.
