Capturing a casual style of social dining and drawing loosely from the drinking culture of Southern Europe, The Tusk Bar highlights what is fresh, salty and snackable. Favorites from the savory menu include the Gilda Bowl, Panisse, King Crab, plus freshly shucked oysters. With crowd-pleasing classics turned up by a signature Von Hauske twist, the desserts offer a sweet and memorable finish to any visit.
