Stayed at The Evelyn’s double deluxe room for 3 nights. The room is not the most spacious but say sufficient for 3 with small/medium luggages. They serve takeout breakfast every morning at the cafeteria with 5 different mains and drinks to choose from. The service was a little slow at times - asked for extra towels and bed room slippers 3 times before they were given to us. I believe they could do better with the price of the room for service and breakfast variety. One good thing is the complementary walking tours provided around NYC, even though I did not get to experience the tours but looking at the posters they seem to be very comprehensive. The Evelyn has a very centralized location and is about 3-4 min walk from the nearest Subway Station.

Les chambres sont vraiment petites. 2 adultes un ado et un enfant dans une pièce minuscules. C'est compliqué. Le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas la peine d'être pris. Sinon, ambiance très feutrée, calme, hôtel bien soigné, classe. On a bien aimé malgré ce problème de place. Pour un couple, ça doit être pile ce qu'il faut mais pas pour une famille. On était en chambre Deluxe room 2 lits.

Wow, what a lovely stay we had! Much thanks to all of the staff, from the valet, doorman, reception (especially helpful), bartender at Tusk, and the housekeeper--they were all wonderful! Our room was a regular king room, no view, but the aesthetic deets were beautiful. Extremely clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower was amazing. Beautiful bathroom. Plenty of space in both places, especially being in the city. Dinett K was super kind, thank you so much--but also the woman that checked us in on Sunday, July 28 was super professional and kind. Hopefully management points this out to them. After an unknown amounts of visits to NYC, my hub and I agreed that this was once of our bests stays ever! Thank you! We were so impressed that I'm going to copy this review to TripAdvisor.
