Great service, food and drinks!

The Evelyn is a great hotel. I have been staying here a lot over the past year and a half and they are finally done with the renovation. The lobby is beautiful and there are now a two dining options, a Cafe and a full restaurant. Only downside is no more complimentary coffee since the Cafe is attached. Staff is always super awesome. They do need to replace their irons though. The last few room I had, the irons had black/brown burnt build up on them. No way am I risking ruining a shirt. I'm sure they would bring a proper one if I asked but I shouldn't have to. Rooms are small but hey, it's new york.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel. The employees are always happy to help. The cleanning of the room was really good everyday. Facilities are brand new. Bed was confortable as well. The only thing they have to improve is when in the morning the cleanning lady is knocking the doors to get in, the waiting should be longer.
