Perfect location for Christmas in NYC. We were close to so many things to be able to walk to. The hotel was really nice, and all the staff were super nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if we went back to the city. The rooms and hotel were very quiet, and having breakfast available was good for not having to find food immediately in the morning.

Mid town location suited us, we found the staff supper helpful, they have a lovely bar and restaurant. I was not a fan of the grab and go breakfast but we made it work for us, the overnight oats and yogurt were good, the coffee in our opinion is terrible, but next door at a bakery workshop they have great coffee.

Such an amazing experience but the staff is what makes it the best. Noah Lake who works at the front is the most accommodating customer service staff I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Dinner He’s extremely kind, welcoming, and friendly, which is something as someone from California was a little bit nervous to not have experienced. Him and the other hotel staff truly made this stay amazing. The cleaning staff made sure our room was spotless. Every time we left the room and even the complementary breakfast in the morning was really good for a complementary breakfast. I would definitely recommend your stay here, especially someone that might be nervous to travel to Manhattan because they truly do make the stay amazing. Made my birthday special as well, thank you.
