Excellent hotel in very central location on 27th at 5th Ave. Rooms are well appointed and really comfortable. Beds were really comfortable. My wife was delighted with an excellent hairdryer and dresser in the room. The breakfast was delicious though limited, but a great start to the day. Staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. My wife was celebrating a birthday and Alan made a point of congratulating her and personally delivered a lovely bottle of Prosecco to our room. Nice bar area on site and a gym also. We had 5 nights here and can highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Superb hotel, helped make our trip to New York an amazing experience. The rooms were great, the hotel itself (including the restaurant/bar) was beautiful. They did great mocktails in the bar and also the breakfast in the cafe that comes with the stay was excellent - lovely selection of food and really convenient. Would highly recommend this hotel for all that, plus the excellent service from everyone we encountered. That includes a special gift from the reception staff when they found out we were in the city to get married! Thanks very much everyone, loved staying with you

If I could give The Evelyn more stars I would! The property is beautiful, and the decor is incredible - but what really makes this hotel a one-of-a-kind is its staff: John Jimenez, Tiffany Bagnuolo and Amal Bouabid - a huge THANK YOU for the prettiest room I have stayed in during one of my business trips, the smiles every time I walk through your doors and the impeccable service. I wish I could give you ten stars, not just five.
