Everyone—from the doorman to the front desk staff—was fantastic, no matter the shift. I didn’t catch everyone’s name, but Noah and the team around him were exceptional. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuine. It truly felt like everyone enjoyed both what they do and the guests they serve, and that showed in the little details throughout our stay. My wife actually thought I had personally arranged the champagne, room touches, and special details for our anniversary. In reality, it was your staff who made those moments happen and completely wowed her. You didn’t just provide a place to stay—you helped create memories we will carry with us for the next 25 years.

This hotel is a great value and family friendly. They offer complimentary breakfast in the morning which has a great selection of items. There is a nice nook area above the cafe where you can eat, study or do some work. Madison Square Park is right outside with a nice playground for kids and has a nice view of the flatiron building and a clock tower. We celebrated my daughter's birthday and the staff brought her birthday balloons and some snacks. This was our second time going to The Evelyn and it was a fantastic experience.
