Such an amazing experience but the staff is what makes it the best. Noah Lake who works at the front is the most accommodating customer service staff I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Dinner He’s extremely kind, welcoming, and friendly, which is something as someone from California was a little bit nervous to not have experienced. Him and the other hotel staff truly made this stay amazing. The cleaning staff made sure our room was spotless. Every time we left the room and even the complementary breakfast in the morning was really good for a complementary breakfast. I would definitely recommend your stay here, especially someone that might be nervous to travel to Manhattan because they truly do make the stay amazing. Made my birthday special as well, thank you.

Beautiful hotel, nice vibe. Quiet 2nd level mezzanine to work in above very nice cafe (Ninepin). Rooms are NYC small but heat control was great and bathroom had two of my faves: rain shower and heated tile floor! A very nice small breakfast included at the Ninepin (which is inside the hotel). The Tusk Bar is gorgeous but right sized to not be intrusive. Service was great. Great stay.

I actually stayed at the Evelyn some time ago but I have been wanting to write and say how enjoyable our stay was … and in particular how amazing the pastries and breakfast goodies were - we didn’t actually grab them until the last day and I wish we’d gone there earlier! I went just as they were closing and the Chef kindly let me have a pain au chocolat and another pastry which were every bit as good as the ones I’ve had in Europe 😊
