our heater was unfortunately broken, so we had to move rooms halfway through the trip. we spent one night shivering :/

Surprised about the average ...

Surprised about the average rating. Basic but nice and neat hotel. Very clean, great showers and good room service. 10 mins walk from Times Sq.
