Great customer servíce. Close ...

Great customer servíce. Close to main attractions. The only two negative things we experienced are that the phone in our room didn’t work and our room was not heated. Staff brought us a space heater which was enough to warm up our room and be comfortable. The area is a bit noisey when you are trying to fall asleep (sirens etc) but that’s just NYC

First time in NY ...

First time in NY so I was not use to the small rooms or elevators but other then that the atmosphere was amazing
