Amazing hotel. Great service, good sized rooms (for NY), and wonderful food. The heated bathroom floors push this over the top! Highly recommend this place.

What an excellent stay! I'd highly recommend this hotel again for the amazing location, customer service, beautiful decor, spacious rooms and dreamy bathrooms! I enjoyed every minute of it from check-in to check-out! Shout out to Aman! He was so helpful and checked in on me multiple times before we arrived. There was an odd glitch that I may have double booked and he was great to make sure there was no issue and also provided a couple of wonderful snacks for my wife on her birthday as we were in town to celebrate! We will never forget that. We love NY and we will be back and when we do, we will be staying and booking direct with The Evelyn again!

I spent a night at the Evelyn to celebrate my partners birthday. I stayed in a deluxe room with a king bed. The bedding and mattress were perfect. I can't recommend this place enough. The neighborhood is also fantastic for dinner and exploring NYC. The free pastry for breakfast was also a really a special treat. The room size is commiserate with other NYC hotels. Not huge but good for 2 people. The robes are very comfortable.
