We really appreciated the warm and friendly welcome, the cleanliness, and the daily replacement of all towels. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to the subway, making it easy to reach most places. The only minor point is the breakfast, which may seem a bit modest for European guests, but this is something we were already familiar with. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and greatly appreciated both the hotel and its staff 👍

Clean, comfortable room, lovely ...

Clean, comfortable room, lovely lobby, excellent (though pricey) bar, and very nice staff. Bed was great, the lighting was fine, and there were plenty of outlets. Windows can be cracked open for fresh air, and the climate control works very well. Bathroom touches like robes, slippers, and a magnifying mirror were appreciated. A few drawbacks: The mini-fridge is really a very full mini-bar, an in-room coffee maker would have been nice, the TV channel selection could be much better, and one of the elevators was intermittently out of service. The shower set-up was a bit tricky, and like far too many hotels, there weren't enough hooks or bars for wet towels and robes, and not much surface space for toiletries. A few tips for your stay: Rooms near the elevators and staircases can be a bit noisy; Ask for a room facing the street because it was a shame to have such a lovely big bay window that faced a garbage-strewn back alley.
