Discover Why Everyone Loves The Evelyn

The rooms, service and location were all great!! As you would expect for NYC, the rooms are a little bit smaller than you would expect for other places but well laid out and big enough for us to put our suitcases down. The rooms are clean and cozy and quiet. Front staff was friendly and gave us umbrellas for the pouring rain. The location is right off fifth ave and easy to get to by subway from anywhere in the city. I would stay here again!

We used the Evelyn as our base of operation for a whirlwind three-day tour of NYC. It is perfectly located in the center of the city, with easy access to everywhere. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and nice. Smaller than what you would find in a typical midwestern chain, but all the more quaint for that. And it still had all the amenities. The hotel bar was hopping every night we were there, and the food we had from the restaurant one night was very good.
