everything about this hidden ...

everything about this hidden lil gem was exactly what I needed for my 48 hour trip in NYC! We walked to everything we needed. Loved seeing the bar/restaurant pumping on both Monday and Tuesday. It was great to see. The staff are truly so helpful and friendly. The gym is small but has everything you could possibly need. If you want to be in the heart of NY,NY this is the spot. Oh and the heated FLOORS in the bathroom - chef's kiss!

This was a special ...

This was a special trip for us - 25th wedding anniversary & 60th birthday combined. The staff were completely unaware of this, of course, but everyone we dealt with was so genuinely friendly and very helpful. It really made our trip that bit more special. Small but stylish & comfortable room, perfect location. Hope to come back again. Well done to everyone!

Great customer servíce. Close ...

Great customer servíce. Close to main attractions. The only two negative things we experienced are that the phone in our room didn’t work and our room was not heated. Staff brought us a space heater which was enough to warm up our room and be comfortable. The area is a bit noisey when you are trying to fall asleep (sirens etc) but that’s just NYC
