Had a great stay at the Evelyn. The front desk staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating! The wine and snack gift bag for our anniversary was a very unexpected touch! The complementary bottled waters came in clutch! The room was really nice and cozy. The room was a little warm but the staff sent up a fan to help cool the room. Complementary breakfast is an also a great touch. If you don’t use the voucher for breakfast, you can use them at night for $15 off drinks or food at the hotels restaurant/bar. Location of the hotel could not be any better. Centrally located in manhattan with great proximity to several subway stations. Overall it was a great stay and we will hopefully stay there again soon!!

The Evelyn is, by far, the best hotel and hotel experience I've ever had/been to! As soon as you walk through their lobby doors, you are met with the most amazing aroma, it's nice and citrus-y! The front desk is super friendly and accommodating, the rooms are quaint in the best way, and extremely comfortable! Their grab and go breakfast is tasty! Plus, it's walking distance from a bunch a great places, so terrific location! I love this hotel immensely, and my boyfriend and I have already stayed there twice! Never change, The Evelyn, you're perfect!

Such an amazing experience but the staff is what makes it the best. Noah Lake who works at the front is the most accommodating customer service staff I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Dinner He’s extremely kind, welcoming, and friendly, which is something as someone from California was a little bit nervous to not have experienced. Him and the other hotel staff truly made this stay amazing. The cleaning staff made sure our room was spotless. Every time we left the room and even the complementary breakfast in the morning was really good for a complementary breakfast. I would definitely recommend your stay here, especially someone that might be nervous to travel to Manhattan because they truly do make the stay amazing. Made my birthday special as well, thank you.
